Cancellation Policy

At Aesthetics By Lexi, we value both our clients and our time. When booking an appointment, you are asked to agree to our cancellation policy to help ensure fairness and availability for all clients.

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• If a deposit is required at booking, it is refundable only with 48 hours’ notice.

•  Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to receive their full service, and the provider reserves the right to decline the service. In either case, the cancellation/late fee will apply.
